Provide Relief to Nepal Flood Victims

Thousands are missing.

Thousands have lost their homes and businesses.

Dozens of bridges have been washed out, leaving many communities accessible only by helicopter.

Together, we can act.
We are not helpless.

On Wednesday, August 26, around 9 a.m. Nepal time, an exceptionally powerful glacier collapse on the Tibet–Nepal border triggered a massive flood wave.

Floodwaters tore through the river gorges of northern Nepal, destroying roads, bridges, homes, and many lives. Among the hardest-hit areas is the region along the Trishuli River between the Rasuwa and Nuwakot districts.

This is where ParticipAid’s story began.

ParticipAid was founded in the aftermath of Nepal’s devastating 2015 earthquakes. Our founders came together with friends and strangers from around the world to help a small community that lost almost everything.

Together, we provided 80 families with food, temporary shelter, clean water, and safe sanitation. Unique to ParticipAid, we did it in a way that empowered the local people.

We will bring that same commitment to this response.

Your gift will help people whose lives have been devastated by the floods meet urgent needs and begin to rebuild.

ParticipAid will work with trusted local partners, community organizations, and governments to ensure that funds raised through this campaign reach the people and communities who need them most.

Thank you for standing with the people of northern Nepal.
